Three words to describe your practice.
Right now, I’d describe my physical yoga practice as devotional, strong, and graceful.
My mental & emotional yoga practice as morphing, flowing, and oh-so-interesting.
What calls you to yoga?
What calls me to yoga is Love and the study of Self. The search for this remembrance of Truth. To see just how bright and far I can shine in my own worthiness, and to help me remember my strength to share this with those that are also ready. “What else is there to do?”- Ram Dass

How do you stay grounded?
Daily Sadhana (spiritual practices) for 2-4 hours that include meditation, yoga, journaling, connecting with nature, self-reiki, and of course, breathing! Love to connect my bare feet with the Earth as much as possible and embrace in hugs often. 😉
