What calls you to yoga?
The thing that calls me to yoga is that it is a meditation. Each movement a call to still my mind, too loose myself in the breath and posture. To rediscover the peace that is meant to be ours always.

How do you stay grounded?
I stay grounded by eating chocolate, laughing with the people I love, cuddling with my cat at writing.
