I’ve been teaching yoga since 2014 and teach restorative, yin, Yoga Nidra, gentle, slow flow, Hatha, and Vinyasa. I completed pre and postnatal yoga teacher training as well. My practice is flowing and focuses on connecting breath with movement so that the practice becomes a moving meditation. The focus is calming the mind. I believe yoga should be fun and laughter is always welcome. It’s is a great stress reducer.
I’m a retired RN and worked in nursing for over 20 years. The focus of my nursing practice was working with people who have chemical dependency issues, with people who have mental health issues, in maternal/infant health, and in disease control.
I’m registered with Yoga Alliance at E-RYT 200 and RYT-500 levels.
