With over a decade of practicing yoga, Camo brings intentional flow, playful awareness and conscious stillness to each session. He is drawn to Yoga by the clarity he has experienced through the exploration of movement and the mindfulness embodied within each asana practice. By grounding into Self and Source through the power of breath, the empowerment of listening, and a dedication to Yoga; Camo offers safe, creative, and inspiring flows that awakening a sense of wholeness within.
